The Police Activities League (PAL) Youth Soccer Program is a recreational league for youth ages 4 to 14. The PAL program runs two seasons: a fall and a spring. Dates for the fall season begin with registration in August and the season running from September to early November. Spring season begins with registration in February and games from March to early May.
Registration can easily be done online. The league is for youth 4-14 years of age with the age cut off being August 1st of the fall season. Attempts are made to equally divide the youth as to talent and since the program is co-ed, attempts are made to equally distribute the girls among the teams.
The coaches are dedicated volunteers who are properly screened. We, as an organization, are extremely lucky to have such a fine group of volunteers to serve as mentors to these youth and to keep the program alive.
PAL is now enrolling youth ages 4 – 14 for its 2010 Fall Youth Soccer Season. Anyone interested in participating with our youth soccer program must register at the main PAL office located at 812 Oaklawn Ave., Charlotte NC 28206 any time Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:15am – 5:30pm. To enroll as a member, you must bring with you to register a copy of the child’s birth certificate, last report card, shot records, EOG scores if possible and $50.00 (if you have not already paid the PAL annual fee).
Youth Spring Soccer practice will start on Saturday, Feburary 26th at Eastway Park located at 423 Eastway Drive, Charlotte NC 28205 beginning at 10:00am.
